With the participation of 98 middle and high school students The Girls Club concludes its summer activity “ Men Alaf ”

The Girls Club of the AI-Eslah Society concluded its summer activity “Men Alaf ” remotely, with the participation of 98 female students from the preparatory and secondary levels from different regions of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The activities that extended for more than a month from July 1, 2021 until August 8, 2021. “Men Alaf” is an activity that teaches participating girls the basic skills of a number of manual and technical skills through specialized workshops presented by specialists that enable them to take the first steps in these areas. The program included the following workshops: the balloon workshop, the resin workshop, the drawing and coloring workshop, and the cake decorating workshop. The program also offered competitive competitions aimed at acquiring various manual skills for girls by holding the “best key holder” competition and the “Tayeb” competition for the most beautiful incense burner. In addition to the skill workshops, the program included a package of valuable educational workshops presented by a group of educators from inside and outside the Kingdom of Bahrain, and included the "My Hobby" workshop by Professor Iman Al-Balali from the sisterly State of Kuwait, and the "Love from the first step" workshop by Professor Haya Al-Shatti from the sisterly State of Kuwait. And the "The Greatest Love" workshop by Dr. Maryam Al-Aweesh from the sisterly State of Kuwait, and finally the "Proper handling of social media" workshop by Professor Salah Al-Yafei.
