More than 220 students participated Albothoor Organizes the Summer Activity “Sindbad .. Around the World”

With the participation of more than 220 male and female students from different regions of the Kingdom of Bahrain, Albothoor of Al-Eslah Society held its innovative activity entitled (Sindbad .. around the world), a remote creative activity in which children interacted virtually through modern means of communication, and traveled with their ideas and imaginations around the world to a group of countries They are in their homes, to benefit from the manifestations of civilization, development and history, learn different cultures, good customs and knowledge, and live an enjoyable experience in each country as tourists live with Sindbad and his friends around the world. What is distinctive about the idea is that each child received a travel bag with a set of tools that he used in the application of activities and programs, and the activities were implemented interactively through the Zoom program, using the fun technologies of videos, sounds and images through which the children lived the experience of traveling and riding the plane. And travel between different airports and attractions around the world. The aim of the activity was to learn the values, morals, and good habits of different peoples, to provide knowledge about the countries of the world to serve children socially, scientifically and cognitively, to learn interesting and useful life skills, and to demonstrate the importance of the homeland and its high self-esteem. Where the children traveled to eight countries around the world, three Arab and Islamic countries: Egypt, Palestine and Pakistan, in which they learned about the famous monuments and landmarks in each country with a special tour of the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque. We traveled to Russia, which is located in northern Asia and Europe, to learn the value of the initiative and the importance of seeking knowledge, knowledge and discovery through their space travel. In Europe, we visited the most important landmarks of Italy and learned the culture of recycling from our visit to Sweden, and finally we went to Africa and visited Tanzania, the country of safari and care for nature reserves and animals. We learned about culture, generosity and simplicity. The children enjoyed the activity and praised its general idea, which introduced them to the countries of the world and the various useful values and cultures that benefit them in their working lives. The activity was not devoid of artistic and handicrafts, cooking, design, playing and competitions. Albothoor organized on the sidelines of the activity a creative interactive electronic competition entitled “Albothoor Eid feast” coinciding with the blessed Eid al-Adha, and a box of surprises, which contained more than 40 diverse creative interactive activities applied by the child with the participation of His parents and family members.
